Cancellation Policy

Mirror Mirror Hair Studio – Cancellation Policy We value your time and ours. To ensure we can accommodate all of our guests, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee of 30% of the booked service total. • No-shows will also be charged a 100% fee and required to leave a deposit of 50% to rebook an appointment. All blonding, color correction and creative color services will require a 50% retainer before the appointment is approved. Retainers will go toward the appointment scheduled . If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled within a 24 hour period the retainer will be forfeited. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time as well as that of our other clients.

I’ve been doing hair for 19 years and opened this salon 11 years ago with one goal in mind: creating a space where clients feel confident, comfortable, and completely themselves. Color is my passion. From lived-in blondes to rich, dimensional tones, I love creating customized looks that fit your lifestyle and keep your hair healthy (because no one has time for high-maintenance hair that doesn’t last). When I’m not behind the chair, I’m juggling mom life and chaos—which means I get real life and real schedules. My chair is judgment-free, fun, and all about making you feel your best. I can’t wait to have you in it.
